Today I weigh 199 pounds, ugh! But, it's better than the 207 I weighed last week. I stopped Atkins two days ago because I was getting dizzy and started on Weight Watchers yesterday. I'm doing 28-33 points per day; trying to keep it at 30. So far so good.
I've done my diet so that I can continue having popcorn each night; this is huge to me. If I don't have popcorn (not air popped either), then it's like I am punishing myself and that's not a part of the plan. I can give up, change or substitute a lot - but don't mess with my popcorn ;-).
My exercise...well, there won't be any. I grew up very active and atheltic; this was and will be my only form of exercise. Since I'm now 57 years old, I think the athletic is a little of a stretch for me so...I've found an alternative...Wii! This, my friends, is a blast! And, I can do it in my living room - with no one around! I love it!
